Workshop Policy
Registration and Payment
Upon signing up, your slot will be saved for a maximum of 3 banking days. Failure to do so will cancel your reservation for the slot.
Cancellation and Rescheduled Workshop
Cancellation and rescheduling are allowed 7 days prior to the workshop. If you miss the rescheduled workshop within 3 months, the fee will be forfeited.
Workshops always begin promptly. If you arrive 30 minutes late, we'll be happy to reschedule you.
In Case of Unfortunate Events
In the unfortunate event of typhoons and floods, you may reschedule your workshop or choose to get a refund.
In Case of Participant's Untoward Behavior
Our instructors and other participants have the right to feel safe. If you act in ways that jeopardize their safety, you will be refused entry to the class, or your workshop may be terminated at any time.
Rent a Bench
What's included?
- Use of our fully equipped jewelry making studio.
- Assistance of authorized personnel on the use of the rolling mill and melting torch.
- Consultation with our in-house jewelry maker.
- Storage space to keep your excess consumables.
*Consumables (metals, san paper, solder, etc.) are available for purchase.
What's your operating hours?
You can rent a bench from Tuesday to Friday - 9AM to PM
How much is the fee?
It's only ₱500 for the first 2 hours. ₱150 for every hour or a fraction thereof.

Tools and Supplies
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once order has been picked up by the courier.

What's your return/refund policy?
We always make sure everything has been checked before shipping out. If you received a defective item, we're more than glad to assist you with the return/refund.
Kindly send us a photo/video of the defective item to have it investigated. Our team will get in touch with you for further instructions.
