Workshop Policy
Registration and Payment
Booked workshops must be paid for before the scheduled workshop date.
For manual bookings, a 50% down payment is required to secure your slot, with the remaining balance payable the day before the workshop.
Cancellation and Rescheduled Workshop
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are allowed at least 7 days before your workshop.
Short-notice bookings and cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund and are subject to processing fees based on the payment method used.
Bookings must be used or rebooked within 3 months; beyond that, the fee will no longer be valid.
Workshops always begin promptly. If you arrive 10 minutes late, we'll be happy to reschedule you.
In Case of Unfortunate Events
In the unfortunate event of typhoons and floods, the studio may reschedule your workshop or choose to get a refund.
In Case of Participant's Untoward Behavior
Our instructors and other participants have the right to feel safe. If you act in ways that jeopardize their safety, you will be refused entry to the class, or your workshop may be terminated at any time.

What's included?
- Use of our fully equipped jewelry-making studio.
- Instructors may be available to offer suggestions or provide minimal assistance.
- Consultation with our in-house jewelry maker.
- Storage space to keep your excess consumables.
*Consumables (metals, sand paper, solder, etc.) are available for purchase.
What's your operating hours?
You can rent a bench from Tuesday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM
How much is the fee?
P750 for the first 2 hours; P150 for every hour or fraction after. Materials and supplies can be bought separately at the studio.
*An additional P500 fee may apply if with the instructor's guidance.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once order has been picked up by the courier.

Do you offer store pickup?
Yes! We offer store pickup. Kindly reach out to our team to assist you.
What's your return/refund policy?
- Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days from the date the item is received.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees.
- Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.
